What Does It Mean to Be Seen?
Women's Empowerment Workshop Led by a Licensed Therapist
Do you find yourself holding back your opinions, downplaying your accomplishments, hiding certain parts of your personality, or worrying about what others might think? Maybe you've spent so much time trying to fit in, keep the peace, or meet expectations that you've lost touch with what it feels like to simply be yourself.
Too often, women are taught to shrink themselves, stay quiet, prioritize everyone else's needs, or hide parts of themselves to avoid judgment, criticism, or rejection. Over time, that can leave us feeling disconnected. Not only from others, but from ourselves.
What if confidence wasn't about being louder, more successful, more outgoing, or more perfect?
What if confidence was about allowing yourself to be seen?
Through guided discussion, creative self-expression, reflection activities, and shared conversation, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about yourself while connecting with a supportive group of women on similar journeys.
