Soul Pole is an invitation to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way through movement, mindfulness, reflection, and supportive community.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about softening the self-doubt, releasing the pressure to be perfect, and rediscovering the confident, grounded, expressive woman already within you.

What to Expect:

Embodied Confidence is a transofrmative, 4‑week, trauma‑informed Soul Pole workshop designed to help you deepen your connection with yourself, build confidence, and cultivate self-trust—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through a powerful blend of therapeutic discussion, intentional movement, mindfulness practices, and beginner‑friendly pole techniques, you’ll explore what it means to feel grounded in who you are, recognize internal barriers such as self-doubt or negative thought patterns, and gently reconnect with your authentic self.

Each session offers space for reflection, embodied learning, and growth within a supportive community—inviting you to step into the new year feeling more confident, centered, and aligned.

Typical Session Format:

1. Introduction & Opening Reflection

We’ll start with a guided check-in and self-reflections to set intentions for the session.

2. Therapeutic Lesson & Interactive Group Discussion

Learn practical coping skills, self-empowerment techniques, and mindset shifts to navigate emotions, build confidence, and bring healing into your daily life.

3. Warm Up, Pole Fitness, & Body Exploration

Connect with your body through gentle warm-ups before learning beginner-friendly pole techniques that align with the session’s therapeutic focus.

4. Debrief & Closing Meditation

Reflect on your experience, share insights, and process breakthroughs in a safe, encouraging space before closing with a grounding meditation to integrate your journey.

By the end, you’ll leave feeling more confident, connected and grounded in  your most authentic self and have tools to embody your power in everyday life.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hello! I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with extensive experience facilitating workshops designed to inspire growth and healing. I’ve also been pole dancing for nearly 10 years, and it has truly changed my life for the better. As someone with a disability, traditional dance posed many challenges, but pole dancing offered a liberating alternative where I could rely on my upper body strength and face fewer limitations. Through pole dancing, I’ve discovered strength, power, confidence, and a deep connection to myself and my body’s sensuality. The healing and therapeutic impact of pole fitness inspired me to combine my passion for pole with my professional expertise as a therapist, creating this one-of-a-kind workshop to help others experience the same transformation.

  • Do I need any pole dancing experience?

    Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, including beginners. Whether you’ve never touched a pole or have attended a few classes, Soul Pole will meet you where you are and help you grow. Furthermore, Soul Pole is for everyone, no matter your size, shape, or fitness level. Pole dancing is about embracing your unique strengths and finding joy in movement, and we celebrate all bodies in this program.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal to allow for better grip on the pole, but you can wear whatever feels best for you. Bare feet are recommended.

  • How many people will be in class?

    To keep the experience meaningful and effective, this series will be limited to 10 participants. This allows for personalized guidance and a supportive group atmosphere.

  • What's included in the workshop?

    Each participant will receive expert guidance from a licensed therapist with nearly a decade of pole dance experience, blending movement with therapeutic techniques. Soul Pole: Embodied Confidence is a 4-week series introducing foundational pole movements, guided discussions, and a safe space for self-expression. Participants will receive weekly 2-hour classes, a beautifully designed workbook filled with therapeutic exercises, mindfulness activities, and space for reflection, as well as keepsakes from class. Enrollment in the series will also provide participants with access to a private app to connect with the other participants throughout the series.

  • How much does the workshop cost?

    Soul Pole: Rooted in Self 4-Week Series Standard price: $600. Early bird pricing: $500. Stay posted via email and social media for other discounts and special offers.

  • What should I bring?

    You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat for warming up, but the studio will have a few available if needed. You can also bring a blanket or pillow to make yourself comfortable during the meditative or group discussion portions of the workshop. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel at ease and supported throughout the session.

  • What if I'm nervous or self-conscious?

    That’s completely normal! Many participants feel this way at first, but Soul Pole is a judgment-free zone. The supportive environment is designed to help you overcome insecurities, embrace your body, and feel empowered.

  • What if these dates don't work for me?

    In-depth programs that delve deeper into personal development and empowerment. The Soul Pole multi-week series is a powerful, progressive journey of healing and empowerment. Each week builds upon the last with themed discussions, movement exploration, and take-home reflections that help you integrate what you’ve learned into your everyday life. You’ll gain strength, confidence, emotional clarity, and a beautiful bond with a small group of supportive women walking alongside you.

  • Private Sessions

    For individuals, couples, or small groups looking for a more personal experience, I also offer private Soul Pole sessions that blend pole fitness with therapeutic principles. These sessions can focus on movement, self-esteem, body connection, or tailored goals, and are available by request starting at just $150/hour.
