  • Where

    Soul Pole is expected to take place in a beautiful, professional pole studio located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Specific location and address will be provided soon.

  • When

    Soul Pole is scheduled to begin at the end of February or the beginning of March 2025. There will be eight 90-minute workshop sessions that will likely take place on Fridays during the day, sometime between 11am-3pm. Please join the waitlist to share your availability. Once availability is gathered, the schedule will be finalized, and people on the waitlist will be notified.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hello! I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with extensive experience facilitating workshops designed to inspire growth and healing. I’ve also been pole dancing for nearly 10 years, and it has truly changed my life for the better. As someone with a disability, traditional dance posed many challenges, but pole dancing offered a liberating alternative where I could rely on my upper body strength and face fewer limitations. Through pole dancing, I’ve discovered strength, power, confidence, and a deep connection to myself and my body’s sensuality. The healing and therapeutic impact of pole fitness inspired me to combine my passion for pole with my professional expertise as a therapist, creating this one-of-a-kind workshop to help others experience the same transformation.

  • Do I need any pole dancing experience?

    Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, including beginners. Whether you’ve never touched a pole or have attended a few classes, Soul Pole will meet you where you are and help you grow. Furthermore, Soul Pole is for everyone, no matter your size, shape, or fitness level. Pole dancing is about embracing your unique strengths and finding joy in movement, and we celebrate all bodies in this program.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal to allow for better grip on the pole, but you can wear whatever feels best for you. Bare feet are recommended.

  • How many people will be in the workshop?

    To keep the experience meaningful and effective, the workshop is limited to 10 participants. This allows for personalized guidance and a supportive group atmosphere.

  • What's included in the workshop?

    Each participant will receive: Access to 8 weekly 90-minute classes. A beautifully designed workbook filled with therapeutic exercises, mindfulness activities, and space for reflection. Guidance from a licensed therapist with almost 10 years of pole dancing experience.

  • How much does the workshop cost?

    The full cost of the workshop will be shared when scheduling is finalized. However, as part of the first group to experience Soul Pole, you’ll receive a substantial discount on the regular price of $100 per session. Stay tuned for more details!

  • What should I bring?

    You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat for warming up, as the studio does not provide them. You can also bring a blanket or pillow to make yourself comfortable during the meditative or group discussion portions of the workshop. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel at ease and supported throughout the session.

  • What if I'm nervous or self-conscious?

    That’s completely normal! Many participants feel this way at first, but Soul Pole is a judgment-free zone. The supportive environment is designed to help you overcome insecurities, embrace your body, and feel empowered.

  • Will I need to share personal information or partcipate in group discussions?

    While the workshop includes therapeutic elements, you’re never required to share more than you feel comfortable with. Participation in discussions and reflections is always optional and at your own pace.

  • Can I bring a friend?

    Yes! In fact, bringing a friend can make the experience even more fun and supportive. Plus, there’s a special discount for participants who sign up with a friend.
