What You'll Experience

Supportive experiences designed to help you feel grounded and connected

  • Guided Group Discussion

A supportive space for open discussion and shared reflection, gently facilitated to encourage safety, respect, and meaningful connection. You’re invited to participate at your own comfort level — whether that means sharing, listening, or simply being present.

  • Practical Therapeutic Tools

Sessions integrate gentle psychoeducation and therapeutic insights to help you better understand your emotions, patterns, and experiences. You’ll leave with practical tools, reflections, or perspectives you can apply in everyday life.

  • Mindful Moment

Each session includes a brief, intentional mindful moment to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and arrive more fully in the space. Practices may include guided breathing, grounding, or gentle awareness exercises designed to support emotional regulation and presence.

What to Expect:

Each 60-minute session follows a consistent, supportive structure:

  • A brief check-in and review of group agreements and expectations

  • A short mindful moment to help participants settle into the space

  • A therapeutic theme or lens based on common experiences or group needs

  • Group discussion and shared reflection

  • A practical skill, insight, or takeaway you can apply in daily life

  • A gentle closing to help you leave feeling centered and supported

Topics vary month to month and may include emotional regulation, boundaries, burnout, self-compassion, stress management, relationships, or other themes that naturally arise within the group.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hi! I’m Christina, a licensed therapist and the founder of Compassion Corner Counseling. I have extensive experience facilitating groups and genuinely love the connection, insight, and healing that can happen in shared spaces. I created Compassion Corner as a way to offer accessible, meaningful support beyond traditional therapy and to reach more people who could benefit from connection, reflection, and practical tools. My goal is to create a welcoming, grounded space where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and leave with something useful you can carry with you.
