=Stress Management Virtual Workshop: Striving with Stress=
Mondays from 12pm-1:30pm
7-week long workshop for adults to learn important stress management
skills that they can use in their everyday lives to feel
more relaxed, confident and in control.
=Self-Compassion Virtual Workshop: Calming the Critic=
Mondays from 5:30pm-7pm
8-week long workshop for adults who find it
difficult to show themselves love and kindness. Group participants
will learn how to be mindful of their inner critic and practice self-love and
acceptance to live a more fulfilling life.

I have extensive experience working with children and families and provide quality care for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, social challenges, and identity issues.
